Broken into two distinct class sections by age, this is a fun, exciting and joyous ride through time and around the world, visiting the music and musical cultures of the planet Earth. We listen to music, move to it, play with it and search for the common emotional elements from culture to culture. It is not sit down school but a fun and interactive experience. Children need not have any prior musical experience. They will leave with an expanded appreciation for music from jazz, to classical, to samba, to celtic folk music, sitar music, marching bands, opera, reggae and blues.
